Ahead of the seventeenth Russian Congress of Patients, the Russian Patients Union launched its annual surveys of patients and patient organisations to assess healthcare in 2026.
The research aimed to identify changes and problems in the organisation of medical care and access to medicines. Patients and representatives of organisations were invited to describe their experience through separate questionnaires.
The announcement stated that findings would be presented at the congress in November 2026, shared with federal authorities and used in the Union's patient-rights work.
