A September 2026 publication by the Russian Patients Union addresses confusion about changes to status labels in the Ministry of Justice NGO reporting portal.
According to the Union's account of a response from technical support, the private account and the public-facing portal use different labels. In the private account, “Accepted” is described as the final positive status, while the public portal continues to use “Verified” for a checked and published report.
The publication explains that the private-account intermediate stage was renamed “Under review”. It sets out the difference between a submitted report, a report under review and a report that requires correction.
The original Russian-language explanation and its references are available on the Union's website.
