By about mid-October before the ARMSS 3rd Congress in Samara, that process finished and the Committee was expected to invite the ARMSS, as due, to its 2012 Regular Session on 30 January – 8 February 2012 in New York to consider our application…
The ARMSS President Council and Board of Directors express their big thanks to the Central TV channel ‘Perviy’ (First) for the TV programme ‘Zhit’ zdorovo’ (Eng., ‘Live healthily’) aired at the end of May, 2012. The TV programme was transmitted shortly before the World MS Day, and it was dedicated to the event as well as to its theme of informing wide audiences about MS…
This period of about two weeks, which we dedicate to our fight with MS most fervently, is over by now. It started on World MS Day and ended on the 11th of June, when the All-Russian MS Day is celebrated. In our country like throughout the world, we marked WMSD, by many estimates, just wonderfully. But perhaps it was premature to put her forward earlier since we would have lacked one of her significant achievements which considerably contributed to Svetlana’s…

In fact, WMSD is still going on in Russia. It has been almost two years since ARMSS was granted with the consultative status in ECOSOC (Economic and Social Council), UN. During this time, we have already participated in a competition, organized by the UN, shared experiences and opinions and even made working visits to each other. However, the time has come for us to exercise our right of the ECOSOC consultative status and make…
