On the 29th of April in Moscow there was successfully finished the Interregional Conference “The Institution of the Authorized Public Experts in 2012 year” that was successfully held during three days. 

In the work of the Conference there took part:

• The President of the AROMS - J.V.Vlasov;
• The Director of the Institution of the AROMS APEs - Shishlyannikov F.V.;
• The Director of the Informational, Analytical Service of the AROMS – O.Y.Ipatov;
• The APE of the Southern FD, the Vice-President for the Southern FD, the Member of the Board of the MS Society of Rostov – N.F.Kichigina;
• The District APE for the Central FD – I.V.Tsikorin;
• The AROMS APE Assistant for the Central FD – Y.V.Golichenkova;

   The AROMS APE for the Moscow City – O.V.Matviyevskaya;-

   The AROMS APE for the Moscow Region – M.V.Sologhentseva.-

During the Conference there were considered the questions of the informational provision of the work of the AROMS. The Internet traditions of the AROMS as well as the best practice of the regions conserning the work of public councils, attracting the financing for the public organization of the region, the form of filling the “Quarter report of an APE”, life without barriers (the experience, the problems).

On the second day of the Conference there were discussed in details the duties and the possibilities of the APEs.
