On the 25-27th of May 2012, in Nighniy Novgorod, there took place the Interregional Conference of the AROMS APEs of the VFD “The Work of the Institution of the APEs in 2012.

The organizing committee:

• Beghanova Tatyana Ivanovna, the Vice-President of the AROMS of the Federal District at the Volga River;
• Sokolov Andrey Yuryevich, the AROMS APE of the Nighniy Novgorod Region;
• Sherstnnneva Tatyana Marsovna, the ARONS APE Assistant of the Federal District at the Volga River.

There took part in the work of the Conference: the Director of the APE Institution of the AROMS - Shishlyannikov Fyodor Vladimirovich; the Vice-President of the AROMS of the FD at the Volga River – Beghanova Tatyana Ivanovna; the First Vice-President of the AROMS – Kichigina Natalya Fyodorovna; the Director of the IT Service of the AROMS – Ipatov Oleg Yuryevich; the Drector of Humanitarian Technologies and Research Centre “Social Mechanics” – Churakov Mihail Vladimirovich.

The Vice-President of the AROMS of the Volga River Federal District (VFD) Beghanova T.I. welcomed the participants of the Conference.

The Director of the APE Institution, Shishlyannikov F.V., acted with the salutatory word and gave the certificates of the AROMS APE to all the experts of the VFD.

During the Conference there were heard the reports of:

• The Main Neurologist of the Healthcare Service Ministry of the Nighniy Novgorod Region – Odintsova, Elena Alexandrovna;
• The Deputy Chief of the Healthcare for the population Organization Management of the Health Service Ministry of the Nighniy Novgorod Region, the Head of the First Branch of the ТФОМС – Kiryanova, Irina Ivanovna;
• The Head of the Company of Medical Insurance RESO-Med – Irina Mihailovna Kulakova;
• The Head of the city Centre of help for PwMS – Irina Alexandrovna Sokolova.

There took part in the Conference the Senior State Inspector of the Russian Health Service of the Nighniy Novgorod Region – Irina Gennadyevna Hahulina.

There was the Round Table of pharmcompanies representatives with the theme “The Organization of the quality medicinal provision. The social responsibility of pharmaceutical companies. The interaction with the AROMS.”

On the second day of the Conference there were discussed in details the duties and the opportunities of the APEs. Every APE of the Federal District of the Volga River (VFD) gave the report about his/her work and after that some of the APEs of the VFD shared of their Best Practice in the work. It let the participants to get the big experience in their work and with the further realization of the received knowledge in their regions.

There were the quarter reports by:

• The Director of the Institution of the AROMS APEs – Shishlyannikov F.V.;
• The Assistant of the AROMS APEs of the Volga River FD – Sherstnyova T.M.

On that day in the second half of the day, after changing the vector of the work, we went from the corporate APEs’ Conference to the projecting and the educational work that appeared to be useful for all of us as for the representatives of Noncommercial Organizations (NCOs).

The work was built on the interactive basis. All the participants of the training seminar were as much as possible active, successfully realized all the practical tasks, could receive the big experience from their colleagues to use it in their own practice.

During the work of the seminar there were analyzed the mechanisms of fundraising for an NCO that also was very useful for the participants of the meeting.

In the work of the Conference there were participated the representatives of the NCO of hemophilia: Natalya Vasilyevna Orehova, Larisa Konstantinovna Vdovina, Lyudmila Pavlovna Toropova, Tatyana Vladimirovna Klyemyentyeva.

They thanked the organizers of the Conference for the invitation and their participation in the action that appeared to be very useful and fruitful for them.

It is remarkable that there were participated in the Conference the representatives of another group of patients. There was made the base for the creation of the regional working groups of the growing All-Russia Patients’ Union. Due to the situation in the country it is necessary to develop and strengthen the patients’ community in regions.

I express the sincere gratitude to everyone who helped with the organization and holding the Conference in Nizhni Novgorod!

The action that has successfully been held in VFD became the fourth after the similar Conferences in three Federal Districts of Siberia, Ural and in the Central FD. New tasks are ahead and we will successfully put them into practice under the management of the AROMS for the improvement of life quality of PwMS in our immense Motherland.
